I first met Nick 23 years ago. As a person in my late 20’s I had not taken financial advice and was very worried about dealing with an insurance adviser direct as opposed to a bank or building society. Nick put my mind at rest the first time we met, he spent ages just talking to me trying to understand what I wanted. Nick continues to see me every year, he keeps me focused on my plans and has arranged all my mortgages, pension transfer, investments and life cover. Every year he reminds me not to miss out on tax advantages on ISA’s.

Nick, our dear friend, we appreciate you greatly as a person and for the way you have served us over many years. We have valued (and continue to value) your help and advice with our finances. We find you to be a man of integrity, thoughtfulness and diligence. Elsie and I so want to express our gratitude and affection towards you for all you have done (and hope will continue to do) for us. You know I would not have embarked on committing to a mortgage at 50yrs of age if anyone other than you had offered me the option, you have proved trustworthy my friend.

Now we live happily ever after.

We fell in love with our dream home and couldn’t let it go! When all other brokers failed to find us a mortgage, we turned to Nick, as he is the very best and we knew that he could find us a mortgage – his knowledge of the market is invaluable.

Our circumstances meant we weren’t the easiest of customers, however, Nick was patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. He found us a mortgage, great life insurance and now we live happily ever after.

Dear Nick,

I wanted to write you a note of thanks.

When we walked into your office a few weeks ago I had little or no idea where I stood with my multiple pensions and I was becoming increasingly concerned, but you took control and alleviated all my worries, you helped me to understand my position and you furnished me with all of the information I needed so that I could be confident everything was in order and my pensions were sorted out for me.

I would also like to add that in the process Penny and I have made 3 lovely new friends, you, Nicky and Susan, without whom this whole process would have been far more difficult.
